Best experience at a hotel

Liked: The front desk employee was awesome. William Calhoun went above and beyond for my stay. Hands down the best employee I've had the pleasure of meeting at any hotel.
Disliked: No problems at all

Liked: These suites are simple and nice equipped with Kitchenette for small meals

Staff very courteous

Liked: William and Doyle were very nice. Very professional and went above and beyond
Disliked: Room was not very clean. There was food splattered on door- looked like it wasnt swept in kitchen and bathroom

Sonesta Simply Suites is comfortable...

Liked: Having a suite with a desk space & a kitchenette with a dishwasher was nice. It was a pet-friendly hotel, though I ultimately opted not to bring my dogs with me. The staff was friendly & helpful for the most part.
Disliked: Parts of the property looked very worn & outdated (especially the green carpet in the hallways & on staircases, which had several stains). The washing machines & dryers in the laundry room needed a deep cleaning. They only had 2 carts for guests to use to carry luggage, which is not enough in my opinion. Also, the built-in microwave in my suite went out during my stay, & the maintenance crew had to bring another microwave to my room & they set it down in the space where I had intended to keep my suitcase, which was inconvenient. The hotel seemed a bit overpriced for its condition.

Liked: good location . hallways smelled really good . whatever they use i need for my own home lol
Disliked: the toilet was making funny sounds and we ended up needing to get a plunger

Great but watch your bank...

Liked: If comfortable room with a kitchen and free laundry area. Staff is very nice!
Disliked: Was charged one price then a few days later that was removed from my bank and 1 separate higher charge was posted to my account along with another smaller charge which caused an overdraft. Still no explanation but not sure if the cause was due to booking.com or the hotel. Either way not too happy
