Highly and FOREVER Disappointed !!!

Liked: Location and Private
Disliked: I liked the evening staff but during the day Housekeeping opened my door with me and my girls packing and checking out. I am a single mother and no one offered to help .. I was charged a late check out fee before I even came down to return my key. I hung up on the Rep because she was rude and very inpatient with me. I understood there was a fee and I was willing to accept that… but don’t rush me that is very rude so I will not be returning to this location ever again. Goodbye !

Disliked: Hardly stores open after certain hours.It is best to drive and make sure you have transportation or you would definitely have to depend on public transportation.

Always a pleasure. I’ve stayed...

Liked: I’ve been staying here regularly for years and the staff is consistently wonderful.It’s always been clean but this was the cleanest it’s ever been. There use to be a funky smell in the hallways but that seems to have been rectified.
Disliked: First room I had 6/13 was perfect.Room 222 had a toilet seat that fell down (man issue lol), a door that didn’t close properly and the air was impossible to shut off. Not a deal breaker; we just lived with it.
