Liked: Always great staff make you feel warm and friendly! The maid service on our floor one the males was an exceptional cleaner just loved looking through the door at how through he was cleaning! Gym was awesome and helpful ! Air-conditioning broke down but fixed n less than 40 minutes just wonderful

Liked: Great customer service ! Beds and pillows in the room are very comfortable the best I've slept in long time !Clean and well kept !
Disliked: No objections with anything !

Terrible stay for the price.

Liked: For what I paid. I did not like anything about this property.
Disliked: Checked in at night. Room still took 12 hours to cool down. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot. Pool was beyond dirty. Elevator was broken. Hall ways smell like mold. Room was dirty. Carpets turned your feet black. A/c barely worked.

Liked: Corner gas station bye and bus system! Enjoy gym and staff is very attentive! Love the warm greetings !
Disliked: Store inside runs out too fast of goodies and food!!

Liked: The staff were amazing and it was about a 30 minute walk from the strip
Disliked: In the lot next to the hotel was homeless people.
