Liked: I immediately felt welcomed as I checked in.. John was friendly, calm & efficient .. he accommodated my room request which added to my comfort level. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality staff, great location & very cozy & comfortable rooms.

Hotel very old and not...

Disliked: I reserved a room to be paid for when I arrived at the 4pm check-in.About 10:00 am I am notified by my bank my card is being charged.When I spoke to the hotel I was informed since they were sold out for the weekend,They were charging my card to make sure I would be staying there. No where is this noted in the booking.com policies.I was not happy with my card being charged without my authorization.

Liked: Overall it was a good place to stay. Clean and nice, but very old! We were provided a room not far from hotel entrance at main floor. It met my wife's disability a lot and as a matter of fact was designed for that matter. I recommend this place to my friends.
Disliked: It is an old facility, and is next to a construction site that makes it look a little odd...! It is far from any shopping or an area that one can walk if needs grocery or things of that kinds. They do not have breakfast and I knew about it, so it is hard to find anything around if you do not have a car and we did not! I know ther was a cafe across the Sand Canyon...
