Deep clean

Liked: The size and lay out of the rooms are awesome. In the one bedroom suites.
Disliked: The hallways smelled like urine. And old trash. The rooms were clean but had a trashy smell. Furniture is starting to show its age.

Sonesta is a gem

Liked: I like the fact that the rooms are a suite. A wonderful kitchen although no oven. Came with every pot and pan knife and fork you can think of and everything you needed to do some stove top cooking. Pots and pans were like brand new. Full size refrigerator
Disliked: I truly like my entire stay. It was a great choice

Very uncomfortable loud bed

Liked: Location is beautiful and many stores nearby
Disliked: Well where to start ... the rooms look nothing like the pictures. So I belive its false advertisement. They need to remodel this hotel upon walking into my room I noticed an old very used ripped chair so I asked for a replacement. The worse part was that I was unable to sleep at night. The bed kept making loud noise every time I turned over. I spent maybe a total of 3 to 4 hours .not comfortable at all . For that reason I would not return or recommend this location. The place was not as expected. I have been here before when it was candlewood suites and it was not this run down. Also before 11am I received a knock on the door by maintenance about me checking out and told me check out time was 11. Very uncomfortable. I added a picture of one of the lamps. Should this represent this hotel? No !!! It looks like a lamp at a motel 6.
