Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, good facilities, washer takes quarters, dryer was free.Location is a bit far from things, but that's not a huge problem and you're right on the I-10 and there's a supermarket nearby.Parking was also free and there's plenty of it
Disliked: Some parts of the room were a little damaged or needed some maintenance.Tvs weren't smart TVs so bring your own devices if you want Netflix etc.

Disliked: Even after two requests for housekeeping in three days no one cleaned or provided clean towels When we asked about ice, were told no ice machine because rooms have freezer. But the ice machine in the freezer was not functioning and no ice trays were available.Room rate increased $50 one night for no apparent reasonAdvertised as Queen size bed seems to actually be smallerA/C sounds like a semi truck when it comes on

Liked: It is right by CityCentre and up the street from Memorial City Mall, Walmart, Target, TJMaxx, Nordstrom Rack, Ross, HEB, Burlington’s and tons of places to eat!

Exceptional

Liked: The location was great and easy to get around the city from. The room was clean when i entered and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom facility was in need of repair. The tap in the bathroom sink and the shower didn't work very well as the water pressure was extremely low. The shower would also have benefitted from a removable shower head. Also for the whole week i was there, nobody came to clean the room at all.
