Great location for State Theater concert - an easy 5 minute walk. Close to decent food ( Claire and Dons, Applebee's, Caribbean Plate).

Disliked: Other than my Gatorade from the lobby which was $3.50. Lol.

Great staff; clean room; comfy bed; nice shower. I would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Would have liked pastries, bagels or toast on continental breakfast.

Liked: Perfect 2 bedroom for my mum & I. Kitchen with oven, microwave & fridge freezer + coffee maker. Very clean.Grocery store only a couple minutes walk. Have stayed here once before. Will definitely be back.Staff friendly and very helpful. 😊

Liked: The guy at the front desk when checking in was nice.
Disliked: We stayed here years ago.. and it was great! The room we were given had food in the freezer, the lamp track in the bigger room was full of dust, the toilet needed to be plunged a few times to properly flush, the door lock would get stuck... there was a deodorant cap in the cubicle thing in bigger room. I used to look forward to staying at this hotel, but after this stay...I don't think we will be back... following up with manager on Monday.In all, I couldn't put my confidence that the room was fully cleaned...Also charging 5.00 to park on site?? Crazy...

Liked: We liked the space that we had with the suite. It was very roomy. The full kitchen was so nice to have too! It also included all the dishes and utensils we needed. Everything was very clean.
Disliked: The fold out couch bed wasn't what we expected. It wasn't bad, just not what we expected. There wasn't a sheet provided for it either, only a blanket and pillow. We didn't have enough towels and washcloths in the room upon arrival. It was a small inconvenience though, and when I went down to the front desk they were very accommodating.
