Liked: The location.The 2bedroom/2bathroom w/kitchen, fireplace, and living area.
Disliked: Complete hassle to check in after midnight. They canceled my room then wouldn’t take the credit card attempting to be used. I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk to check us in and give us keys. The odor triggered all of our asthma symptoms and we required our inhalers for the duration of the stay. The pull out coach was filthy. I had to purchase a waterproof tarp and tablecloth to even sit on it. Sad to say that I easily spent an additional $75-100 on cleaning supplies .Our room had the most horrible odor, was covered in filth and dead bugs, the dishwasher was completely destroyed and nonfunctional and covered in a caked on chemical.I spent the first 4 hours just cleaning the space. I got NO SLEEP the night we arrived. If my boys weren’t expected to wake up at 6:45 to compete at 8am…I would’ve went somewhere else for accommodations. I chose this hotel because I thought I was in an affluent area of Columbus…wow was I surprised! The “residents” at the hotel were rude with their dogs and smoking marijuana 24/7, my family travels regularly w/sports and we’ve stayed in over 100 hotels. This was in the top 3 WORST conditions ever!

Like a bad comedy movie

Disliked: Arrived early and was to come back at 4pm for check in.Returned and received key card. Card did not work so had to go back to desk. Got new cards. Those cards did work except the room was occupied with someone else’s belongings.Returned to desk and given new room. Fire alarm battery alert going off every 15 minutes. Told front desk and they said maintenance would be by in morning to fix. This is Friday night. I checked out Monday morning and no one ever fixed it.Also, for a skin infection from the pool.

Passable

The hotel met our needs.

Liked: The kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The room was comfortable, we had a king bed, sofa and room to not trip over each other. The refrigerator was a standard size kitchen refrigerator so that was nice to have all that room to store our food. It was clean for the most part (see what I didn't like).
Disliked: The bathroom floor looked like it had been cleaned hastily with dirt in the corners. The stove had a film on the top like it hadn't been cleaned. The furniture was dated and had cigarette burns on the bedside table. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke.

Bit of a headache

Liked: The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The size of the room was nice. Convenient parking. HBO
Disliked: The water pressure. The desk chair looked as if it should have been retired long ago. No breakfast. Having the hotel staff ask me if I was checking out early after I had already paid for the day. Also, having the total amount come out of my account twice, which took me a day to get back.

Terrible.Left after the first night

Liked: Room was dirty,smelt of weed. It wasn’t as advertised and in very poor condition

Liked: The location was great just off highway 270 and 20 minutes away from everything in Columbus the rooms were great well beyond my expectations will definitely be back
