Great staff, well equipped room...
Liked: Convenient to both Lakewood and Golden.
Disliked: It needs a bit of maintenance. Nothing really big, just several minor issues like drippy faucet, loose towel bar, missing lightbulbs etc.

The room was very clean...
Liked: There was no breakfast at this location. I liked having a kitchen, though I didn't use it other than for coffee but there were some dishes, pots and pans. The staff were excellent and responsive.

Good for a short stay
Liked: Very friendly and helpful. We asked for tea and coffee each day and were given what we asked for.
Disliked: I don’t know why they charge for parking, but we had the reward membership so we didn’t have to pay. We asked for a new fitted sheet, but never got it; the one we had was old and severely pilled. The control on the heating never worked properly; we had to turn it to different positions to get it to come on or go off. The security deposit is way too much- $250!

Stay was good. Have stayed...
Liked: We asked for a few things and they were able to provide them with out any extra cost. Extra bedding, dishwasher soap & ice.
Disliked: The pull out sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Mattress is too thin but I guess that there is not much you can do about it. We were able to borrow a blow up mattress and put that on top of the sofa bed. Doing that worked out fine.There was no breakfast that I no of.

Liked: The room was better than expected and the staff was wonderful. Clean, hot water, and a kitchenette with full fridge in the room. :)
Disliked: N/A, everything was good.

Great hotel they love pets!!!!
Liked: Great location and very quiet.. in my case, too quiet... not the hotels falt at all. I sleep with a fan on and need a little noise. So if you like a place where you hear nothing from other rooms or outside noises, this place is perfect. I ended up putting a noise app on my phone so I could " sleep with noise." Again, not hotels issue just mine. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great to talk to.This hotel LOVES pets!!! They have all kinds of things to make sure your fur baby is taken care of while you stay.
Disliked: Didn't like - is not the correct way to set this example. Just mean the only small issue if u call it that. Was just that the towel holder behind the door must have broken or someone before us damaged it. There was a 3 - to 4-inch hole in the wall from it not being there. Also, the elevator on the 2nd floor had a few issues around the buttons , where there was damage to the wall. Again, they could still be waiting for it all to be repaired. They could be waiting for parts, and like I said, I am not complaining at all.
