Disliked: My toilet was leaking. I was given old ripped up towels and told because it was the weekend they had no one to call. They offer me another room in the middle of the night with children, as if it was a easy fix and only solution to the problem.

Liked: The rooms were very clean.
Disliked: The hotel is too close to the interstate. I was lucky to get a room on the opposite side. It’s unbearably noisy all night long.

Liked: It’s was quite no complaints and kid friendly
Disliked: No house keeping unless you stayed there pass 8 days. Which is is crazy if you see my I’m staying for 9 I should automatically get house keeping not have to wait for it. The staff at the front desk was rude. And the mini store wasn’t stock.

Don’t book scary and stupid

Disliked: We have a dog and was expecting the $150 fee. What we were not expecting was the $15 DAILY cleaning fee even though if you have a pet, they only clean your room on Mondays. The hallway always smelled bad and there were junkies all outside of the hotel and they constantly had the door propped open.
