Nice place, but front desk...

Liked: The property was so nice, everything clean and tidy, comfortable, good location, facilities just as shown in the pictures.
Disliked: The girl/guy in the front desk was so rude, the type of attitude that can get you to ruin your whole day, he/she almost didn’t let us check in, wouldn’t accept my paper driver’s license, stating it wasn’t a valid form of identification, the requested a card to pay for the deposit, I used the one from the person that was with me and his ID, and he/she said that everything had to me under my name since I was the one on the reservation, after going back and forth for a while he/she stated that it would be a “one-time exception” I am always booking hotels, and have NEVER had a problem giving out my paper driver license (if it’s what I have at the moment) nor using someone else’s card for the deposit as long as they have the ID that match the name on the card (which he did). I really felt so disrespected after being given so much unnecessary attention, the place was so good, but with staff like that, I can guarantee, I will be NEVER coming back.

Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Liked: Nothing, the property is extremely old with issues like mold and a stale, smoke odor wafting throughout the building.
Disliked: The property is outdated and the grounds are unkept. It truly isn’t worth the value for the amount you’re paying. It appears that some of the guests are actually residents. And the front desk person, Dani, is very rude and unprofessional.
