Liked: Our stay was great we felt like we were at home.. Staff was very attentive and friendly..The room was equipped with kitchen ware, a stove, pots nd pans, coffee pot, and a DISHWASHER .and a full size fridgeI LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK

Disliked: The room was dirty and stunk they had to move us upstairs because the smell was horrible. The carpets was disgusting. Nothing looked like it had been clean in years

No wouldn't do it again
Liked: The staff was friendly. The TVs were nice. The water was hot.
Disliked: 1. The room wasn't clean. The sheets had a red dye stain in the middle. Didn’t see that until the next morning but after spraying disinfectant I slept in leggings and long tshirt any way just in case. THANK GOODNESS. The dishes had food still on them. The floor was kinda mop there was hair and dirt in the corners.2. The bed was so hard to if you like extra firm mattresses you'll love theirs.3. I had an issue with them trying to charge double my booking guarantee rate. Your system and their didn't connect??? Don't know but it took 30mins to resolve after I HAD TO PUSH BACK 5xs.4. I stayed at Sonesta and they were always nice. I guess there is a big difference between a Sonesta and a Simply Sonesta.
