Stay was good, location was...

Liked: No breakfast offered
Disliked: Room could use an update. Carpet quite worn. Amenities we missing. Only 1 folk in drawer. No back up toilet paper or paper towel rolls. Room set up for two but had only one chair to sit at table. Recliner was broken at foot lift. Keys would only work one day so had to rekey them twice during our three day stay to enter our room which was on the third floor. Sad to think that guests “lift” amenities that are placed in the room for their comfort and those of others; they are not “free for the taking”.

Nice basic hotel for family...

Liked: Our room was as described. Check in process was simple. Good free coffee in the hotel store, free laundry was also nice to have. Kitchen in room was nice had plenty of shelf space for our food.
Disliked: A lot of guests on our floor did not adhere to the no smoking policy, so the hallways smelled of cigarettes and weed. Not sure if there is a way to kick out guests who obviously ignored that rule. Hotel room phone did not work so whenever I had a question or request I had to go down to front desk. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in room had to go out and buy our own.

Liked: Unfortunately, there was nothing positive to say about this hotel other than the fact that the location is convenient to other amenities.
Disliked: The list of things that make this hotel undesirable is long, but several factors outweigh the others.1. Filth: When we pulled into the parking lot for the hotel, we instantly regretted the decision to stay here. On the outside, the hotel looks like a run down business that is barely handing by a thread, and this should have been enough to cause us to find a different hotel. Unfortunately, we’d pre-paid for the room, so we chose to go ahead and stay.This hotel smelled so strongly of animal urine and feces that it was literally nauseating. This rancid smell permeated each and every crevice of the hotel, including the hallways and the room.Our room was disgusting. Trash cans hadn’t been emptied prior to our arrival, and debris was littered throughout the floor in each location of the room. It truly looked as if no one had vacuumed in months. We’d planned to use the sleeper sofa, but we found pills (and other nastness) shoved under the cushions. In several spots, there was some sort of weird residue on the walls. God only knows what that was… Someone else’s clothing was wadded up and shoved in drawers in the bedroom, and costume jewelry was littered about the room. Two rolling pins and some sort of flexible greenery was also shoved into a dresser drawer! I’m afraid to even consider why those items might have been there.2. Noise: Outside noise wasn’t an issue; however, it sounded as if people above our room had arranged a party on both nights that we stayed at this hotel. It literally sounded as if a stampede was occurring above our heads.On Friday night (going into early Saturday morning), we ended up calling the front desk two separate times to report the insane amount of noise above us. Staff members were nice and tried to resolve the issue, but, ultimately, the noise didn’t stop until those above us either passed out or died. The only solution the hotel had to offer was calling the police. I’m unsure if they actually contacted law enforcement.
