Sonesta Simply Suites Clearwater

I really enjoyed this hotel. I booked two rooms for a friend and myself, and it was incredibly affordable and I got a lot for not a whole lot of money. The rooms were spacious and well accommodated, and the staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Very comfortable and relaxing.
Disliked: No low point for me at all.

Couple get away

Liked: Very clean. Anything we asked for, we got. Friendly staff! Loved being able to cook in an in room kitchen. Bed very comfortable!
Disliked: Needed a second chair in the room for two people staying. There was only one.

Personally, I would not stay...

Liked: The place was in a pretty central location, close to many places. The manager was understanding of our situation.
Disliked: First of all, we weren’t checked in properly by the front desk, so our first two nights we had someone trying to come into our room in the middle of the night. Second, I had bites all over my legs, I’m pretty sure they were bed bugs.

Overall it was just okay;...

Liked: The staff accommodated us with a room switch. When we originally booked out room, we did not ask for a suite style room. We were dissatisfied that there was a door connecting us to a strangers room; the room next to us had very loud dogs. We were not able to relax or sleep. We had to notify the front desk, and thankfully they were able to accommodate our switch of rooms.
Disliked: They did not inform us initially that they put us in a room thats connected to another bedroom with animals. We would not have booked this stay.
