The service was great. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional.

Liked: The staff was friend and professional. The room was clean.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready at 4PM.

Quiet and Cozy

Liked: Location was great. Near shops and restaurants. Close to the airport.
Disliked: Beds were small.Fridge made a lot of noise. No breakfast

Disliked: I had ask the cleaning lady for clean towels and shower gel which she didn't return with themselves

Liked: I loved how every room had a kitchen that was the best ever !!! Also the staff were amazing !!!
Disliked: I didn’t like the no breakfast idea. Even though there is a kitchen we still don’t want to cook everyday. Also the toilet was annoying they were having some water fixtures.

Disliked: I forgot 2 dresses and I couldn’t never talk to manager there. The housekeeper claim they never saw the dresses. The room wasn’t rented out when I called. Watch your employees if they take a couple dresses imagine what else they would take

Disliked: Smelled bad, very uncomfortable bed

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Welp let’s start off with my room having bugs. In the kitchen and the bathroom. Asked for maintenance to come 3 times, they never showed up. Then they try to put me in this other room but the tiles are coming off the floor. So I waited for another room that was better. Waiting on management to call me. But not happy
