The service was great. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional.

Liked: The staff was friend and professional. The room was clean.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready at 4PM.

Would never come back. Bugs...

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Welp let’s start off with my room having bugs. In the kitchen and the bathroom. Asked for maintenance to come 3 times, they never showed up. Then they try to put me in this other room but the tiles are coming off the floor. So I waited for another room that was better. Waiting on management to call me. But not happy

Liked: I enjoyed time with my partner with everything we needed and I appreciated being able to cook in my room as well. Air and heat was perfect. Room definitely came with all needed and I was able to workout in the fitness center
Disliked: Not having a breakfast option but I was able to cook something so it worked out

Liked: Very quiet and convenient to the airport. Great location
Disliked: Rooms were extremely small. Bed not very comfortable. Refrigerator and door were broke.
