Not the best place

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I didnt like how they kept charging my card for idk what reason. I was supposed to be charged 200$ and got charged almost 700$ for two nights. No swimming pool, no breakfast and it smelt so weird when we walked in. I almost didnt want to stay. The pictures look way better than the hotel itself and there was a loud noise coming on throughout the night and the bathroom was outdated.

Don't arrive late to ABQ.

Disliked: Arrived late due to connecting flight from Phoenix being delayed, but had called the front desk to advise them of my late checkin (3AM). Arrived at the hotel and was informed my reservation had been cancelled 'by third party' and there was no record of my call. Had to pay directly for a room as the reservation was not honored. Due to appointments the next day, no time to hash out in the morning, and am now out the dollars and points spent on the reservation through Bookings. Unhappy all the way around.

Poor

Liked: Comfortable bed. Large refrigerator
Disliked: Staff not friendly. Room not cleaned properly. Charge for parking even though No covered parking, not gated , no security. Why pay for parking no one else charging this and not disclosed on booking page !

Great staff and location, would...

Liked: This property had mixed reviews. I gave it a try.I’m glad I did.It was really good for me.The room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient for what I needed.The staff was very helpful and friendly.I would stay here again. I stayed here for two weeks.Full size refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stovetop, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker made it very convenient.
Disliked: It’s not brand new. It’s not perfect, but it certainly isn’t a dump. I would not stay here with my wife.

Liked: I liked the room, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location was close to what I needed.
Disliked: I didn't like the upstairs noise. The person was pacing back and forth.

Liked: There was a lot of space, a kitchen, long desk and good size room. I also liked that the maid didn’t come in everyday.

It’s was good.

Liked: The presence of security cameras all around the building. The kitchen in the suite.
Disliked: Not properly cleaned especially in the bathroom.
