Blue collars PLEASE don’t book...

Disliked: @8:30 pm. Front desk clerk was super aggressive, began to scream at me and wife infront of my kids. Was super red from the face, eyes super wide and sweating profoundly, was on some sort of drug. All because we held the door open to bring the KIDS to our room. Security came to talk to us and let us know she’s been a huge problem since she got hired. Was warned to ignore her if she comes back to confront us, that’s just insane.

Will recommend blue collar workers...

Disliked: The front desk clerk from tonight (rosa I think) was super aggressive and full of rage. Was definitely on some sort of drug, super upset and sweating tons, screamed at me and my wife. Really need to check up on your workers from time to time.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS...

Disliked: Was there for a travel assignment was given the worst room. The sink in the bathroom had slow drainage and the ac unit made so much noise at night. The lock on the door would get stuck and when reported to staff was treated like I said absolutely nothing. The next day maintenance came and his response was on I can take the filter out the ac unit but that’s all that I could do. No one else on staff tried to help.Two weeks passed and things went missing out of my room while I was working I reported it to staff and was told well we ran a key check and watched the cameras no one has gone inside of your room but you, make a list of the things that are missing and we will look are around lost and found for them. This happened twice and both times staff brushed it under the rug as of the things in my room just disappeared, and I was told well this is what we do. Well this is what I do! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Basic room that serves it’s...

Liked: The location was good. The staff was friendly. We just needed a place to sleep for a night. It served that purpose.
Disliked: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke.
