Liked: The room was very clean. Check in was OK.Big bonus... No bedbugs! Bed was very clean. Sheets were very clean.Air-conditioning worked great.
Disliked: I didn't like that they tried to put me on the second floor when I clearly booked a handicap room with a Walk in shower. The clerk found me another room with a Walk in shower, not the one I booked.I didn't like that there's a $50 per night deposit that I was not informed about. It is refunded when you leave.I didn't like that they didn't clean my room or make the bed for the second night. No Fresh towels.There's nothing in the room about the wifi and how to use it.Poor coffee and not replenished for the next morning if you stay for more than one night.Also the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Liked: The shampoo and conditioner offered was nice but not new. Ice machine and tiniest fridge. Friendly staff that where helpful.
Disliked: The way the website showed looked like it was WAY more spacious it was definatly SMALL for a "KING" suite. Breakfast in the morning? Starbucks? It was a TINY stand in which im def not going to bother staff over.... that's ridiculous. It was just fine, even despite a fire alarm waking everyone up before we had to leave for a 7 hour trip... the sink also needed deep cleaning, like BADLY there was build up on it and it freaked me out to brush my teeth for sure. The couch looked slightly stained as well .... a bit scarry.

Liked: Nothing will never use this hotel company again
Disliked: Paper thin walls. Kept up all night by kids next to me and party across from me. Have to pay to park at the hotel never heard of that. No free breakfast have to pay and they were out of everything anyways. Nothing worked my tv didn’t work. Shower filthy. Front desk staff was rude when I brought up my late checkout I payed for.

Liked: The grounds were lovely. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: There is not housekeeping for the rooms. I called after we left and was told that we needed to request it the night before. That wasn't told to me or printed anywhere I could find in the room. I did not ask if having housekeeping was an additional fee but I should have.I would stay there again.
