Sonesta Select Seattle Bellevue Redmond

I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast. When I made the reservations I thought I saw that there was one. I also could not find an extra blanket in our room, plus one of our members had no heat in their room. I asked if they could refund part of our expense and the staff said they could not. I would not recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff members are really accomadating and even leave pool access for people as long as noise levels are low very awesome and appreciative for the hospitality..
Disliked: Nothing everything was great!

Pleasant

Liked: Price was right, comfy bed.
Disliked: Google had difficulty finding the property...took us on a rather circuitous route, but we eventually found it on our own.

Liked: Comfy beds, nice staff, safe and quiet location. However, poor insulation and no sound policy. Staff could not ask the party to quiet down even at 2am. Some cleanliness issues, but not major.

Liked: Clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were pretty great.
Disliked: They had a price posted for parking $10, which I thought was ridiculous, giving the fact there was so much parking.
