The convenience of the location...

Liked: The best thing about this hotel is its location to the Mayo Clinic and having a pool.
Disliked: The food at the snack bar was way overpriced and very low quality. The air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud, so we needed to turn it off while sleeping. There was no table with the chairs on the patio, unlike the other rooms which did have a little table.

Very disappointed

Liked: I loved the shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap and lotion.
Disliked: Phone didn’t work, whole that the phone cord was in, the phone itself, all so dirty, we never touched it again. Housekeeping doesn’t come unless you request from front desk

Liked: Very nice place, all new!!

Liked: Super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were even soft

This was on Mayo campus,...

Liked: We missed the timing for breakfast. It ends at 9! You have to pay for everything as meals are not included in the price. I liked that there was no waste of time and materials as housekeeping was only every 3 days. They were happy to bring you anything you needed though.
Disliked: I thought paying for outdoor parking for a motel was absurd. Granted it was only $7 a day...but really? Very limited menu so if you cannot eat most grains or tomatoes your choice was limited. I expected more choices for a hotel that is on Mayo Clinic campus.
