Liked: Did not have breakfast at the hotel; away from commercial; request room away from noise, it was done; fridge and coffee machine was available since food outlets were not within walking distance.......overall good experience....too bad booking through third party does not count towards loyalty program.....management should review current rules
Disliked: did not qualify for Sonesta reward program......

Liked: The door to my room was stuck and I had to slam my body into it several times to open it and no one at the front desk answers phones; no extra blankets or pillow in the room; their were stains on the bedroom wall; the snack room in the front lobby smelled like urine
