Nice comfortable San Ramon stay.

Liked: Location, comfy beds, close to the freeway and and shopping.
Disliked: Room needed more lights.

Disappointment

Liked: Parking was ok
Disliked: Very disappointing stay at Sonesta Select San Ramon. Unprofessional staff, poorly maintained property, very limited ( 2 items max ) option continental breakfast with restricted access to food and coffee that can only be issued by the staff member ( June 2025 review. Not Covid time ). Big room with spider webs and bird droppings on windows. Mosquitoes screens are dusty enough to shield the view to the outside. Poor shower water pressure. Questionable sanitary conditions. Including community breakfast microwave. Got overcharged on CC upon checking in without any explanation, heads -up or follow up. Hotel is In between busy road and a freeway with one restaurant and gas station nearby. Price quality ratio is very low IMO. Will not come back and unfortunately won’t recommend Sonesta Select San Ramon to anyone.

Hotel saved me from room...

Liked: The room bookings sold me was almost uninhabitable....old bed, broken shower, highway noise worst of my life. But the very kind staff re-roomed me for 2nd and 3rd night.
