Disliked: Staff is usually very kind and helpful but this time that was not the case and Charging for parking for disabled parking is simply wrong

Disliked: They told me breakfast was from 7-11, and I came down at 10:15 and they told me it was over at 10 & I paid for it, and it was still out and the lady told me no still. Sucked!

Liked: Exceptionally cozy neighborhood, shops being in walking distance. Safe place to stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location was great near lots of restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Staff: Rude staff in the kitchen. The breakfast was horrible. (Rubbery sausage, undercooked, hashbrowns, the powdered eggs, stale pancakes ) Mind you, Breakfast isn’t included, so I paid more so I could have one in the morning. Before I could even grab a plate the lady behind the counter very angrily told me “this breakfast isn’t free!” I told her that I paid the higher rate for the breakfast and she questioned me about my room number, etc.” I’m in the hospitality, business myself, and 1000%, this is not the way you talk to people!If you wanna park here, it’s seven dollars a night, which is silly because it’s a shared parking lot with a lot of other businesses. Elevator waiting area looks really dated banged up, , wouldn’t take much for a coat of paint and some new blinds to dress up the area..
