Comfy bed, clean room, quiet,...

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast.
Disliked: Could have left me a packet of decaf coffee instead of making me go down and ask for one. Could have had a microwave so I had a way to heat water for my tea without having it taste like all the coffee that’s been brewed in that coffeemaker in the room. That’s it. Everything else was fine.

Liked: Clean, modern, good bed, good shower
Disliked: Surprised that there was a parking fee. But it was waived cuz we there less than 24 hours.A bit noisy next to the highway but it didn't bother us

Disliked: Got the bait and switch. I booked through booking.com. the hotel said they didn't get the reservation, so they would book a separate reservation so we had a room. They later said they won't honor the booking.com rate and charged us a lot more for three nights. Is this supposed to be a co-marketing partnership? Someone needs to be fired.
