Dirty rooms, unprofessional and illogical...

Liked: Front desk staff at check in was nice
Disliked: 1. Dirty room, spilled food on floor, a maxi pad wrapper by sofa bed, dirty sofa bed with trash beneath and crumbs on the inner cushion. Clearly wasn’t cleaned 2. At 11:59am, the AM Assistant GM Laura Heier came to my door and knocked once then proceeded to open my door and attempt to enter while I was naked in the shower! She stated she’s the GM and needed to speak with me! Absolutely absurd. She only did not gain entry because I had the security latch on! I extended my stay for a day due to becoming sick the day before and spoke with front desk about doing so. I had no clue what was going on but was screaming for whoever that was to close my door! She did after saying multiple times she needs to talk to me! A few minutes later she returned with an officer asking what I’m going to do?! I was staying for 3 days and fully paid for my stay but the staff could not find my second booking that extended my stay for a day. The Assistant GM thought this was the way to handle the situation. Needless to say I immediately packed my bags and canceled my stay for the day as I did not feel safe. I also filed a complaint with corporate immediately and asked them to please review camera footage of this staffs illegal actions. Corporate acknowledged this was not policy and pointed out I was calling them even before their 2pm late check out time which I would have been allowed with just my initially booked stay. Never returning

Disliked: I think paying for parking is unnecessary when we payed to stay. We should just get a parking pass for our stay.
