Liked: Location and shuttle bus to and from the airport
Disliked: Breakfast was included in the price but there was no breakfast service on when we arrived. Anything food related will always impact an experience.

Disliked: The front desk staff was delightful, EXCEPT we asked about the train to DC. 3 different people said, “the station is 3 minutes away. The shuttle dropped us 3 min away, BUT the DC train is SMTRAK, leaves from the WM H Gray station, which is 40 minutes from the drop point. We missed our train and paid $160 for he next train to DC. I really hope you will inform ALL the front desk that septa is NOT Amtrak. Guests need 1 full hour to connect.

Stay was good until that...
Liked: It was clean and provided comfort for my trip.
Disliked: I did not like when I asked for extra pillows and did not receive them. (I’m disabled and this was expressed in my request.) I did not like when I went to check out and was told that I had a balance over $250 when everything was paid for on my day of arrival. The receipt that was printed out was inaccurate, the clerk asked questions that didn’t apply, the manager went on break when there were two customers experiencing the same issues with their discrepancy on our payments. We both paid for our rooms when we arrived and were not told that the payment was a deposit. The entire thing did not make any sense. I was also told that their system was wiped out and that what was paid was for the cost each night. If I already paid $770+ for the stay, why was my receipt reflecting $414+ was paid with a $250+ balance. This entire incident will not make myself and my business partner consider staying at this facility for our next business event as how it was handled was 100% unacceptable. Hopefully the right eyes will see this and open an investigation as to why both clerk and manager created such an uncomfortable environment for customers. There were also other patrons who had this happen to them. I will be awaiting my $125 refund from the $770+ that was already paid. Let’s not have this unprofessionalism moving forward. Thanks
