Liked: In a area with lots of things around it. Plus other hotels to choose from. Mall close by.
Disliked: The hotel did not serve breakfast. And when asking for more towels you have to wait forever for them to come

Bad

Disliked: Made reservation for a handicap room because wife is handicapped and need a walk in shower. Upon arrival room was not handicapped. Hence no shower. Clerk said that she would leave note with manager who said that they had a flood in the room. Will look for another place to stay while there.

Liked: When we first arrived to check in, we were told they only had 4 rooms when we had confirmation for 5 rooms. After a little back and forth, they called the manager (who left a resturant) just to help fix the problem. which we very much appreciated. There was no breakfast. We went to Dunkin Donuts and brought back our breakfast so we could all eat together in the Lobby. The kids didn't get to go into the pool in the morning before we had to leave because it was closed due to cleaning. All in all, we had a good trip.
Disliked: Even though it was stated that the hotel was a "no smoking", there were lots of "weed" odors eminating thoughtout the hallways (sometimes seeping into the room via the air conditioning.).
