Liked: Pros The manager apologized for checking me into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and upgraded me to a suite.I called the front desk for bedding for the pull out couch and the manager promptly got a “bed in a bag” ready for us.
Disliked: Cons I was initially given a room that hadn’t been cleaned (unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor, opened drinks laying around).We checked in late (close to 11pm) since we drove from VA. After I checked in I went to prep the room for my family I unfolded the pull out couch for my children and it was just a mattress. No other sheets, bedding or pillows were available in the room.The sheets were rough and irritated my skin a little but they were freshly laundered.

Liked: Room was filthy- over 20 cigarette butts on the balcony- hair in the shower on the walls, phone was filthy, and so were the walls and light switches. There was also a lot of trash in the parking lot. Hallways smelled horrible, room carpet was full of stains, and the elevators were dirty. Door locks were flimsy and I didn’t sleep as I felt unsafe.
