Staff feel very short of...

Disliked: Weekend employees were very rude. Acting as if guests were bothering them and almost yelling at guests about the clean up and maintenence of breakfast.

Liked: room, location, service. i enjoyed the gym and breakfast was good. wish it was a little later. staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: the breakfast could have lasted longer and been restock more often.

Liked: The location was great because you’re close to a lot of tourists things. Also indoor swimming pool.
Disliked: I don’t like that the beds are small. Also front desk customers service are little rude depending if it’s night or day shift. Also you have to bring your old towels and washcloths to desk if you want clean ones. I don’t like that this sonesta doesn’t have actual bedrooms like the other locations I’ve been to with 1 and 2 bedroom. I noticed there is a silver wire/ cords at top on the wall that leads out to the hallway of all the rooms, which is strange. I thought with this location being Nashville I thought the room would’ve been more themed geared towards that. This is more like regular bedrooms that I’ve seen. Last day I was charged 2x from my account but then next day the extra charge was removed.

Disliked: It wasn't what we were expecting and the room was small and uncomfortable you could dogs whining and ppl and kids in the hallway it was giving fleabag motel booking showed us Sonesta the better hotel not this select off brand one false advertisement
