Disliked: The shower was very difficult to turn on. Had to hold the faucet head still with one hand and pull up the knob because faucet was not secure in wall.There wasn’t any wipes in workout room to clean equipment.

Disliked: Carpeting looked dirty. I've seen it a lot cleaner.You had a lot of recovery trucks from the flood clean up cluttering up the parking lot,along with dumpsters . Why in your parking lot ?

Disliked: The manager was helping folks in with thier luggage, smiling, and visiting with customers even playing catch in the back of parking lot. The customers looked like his personal family. And when I needed a handicap room for my parents he did not have a smile on his face he did not check the computer with a straight face he just said no.It was a one women show for breakfast and she did not receive any help to keep up with cooking

Great location...but cleanliness is questionable!?!

Disliked: My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. The location is great, and the breakfast is good. However, we encountered a problem that was simply ignored! There was a used washcloth hung over our shower curtain. It was obviously left from a previous guest! This has made my husband and I question the cleanliness of the hotel in general. We mentioned this issue at the desk during our check-out process. The employee wrote it down, but offered no apology at all! We will think twice about staying at this hotel in the future!
