Will stay here again

Liked: Room was big and welcoming. Nice bathroom. Had fridge and microwave. Balcony was nice. Very comfortable bed. Nice air conditioning. Nice breakfast with long hours

Safe location, but short staffed...

Liked: The property is located in a nice safe area of Brookfield sounded by shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Despite showing up at the stated 4:00pm check in time. Our room want ready until 4:45pm I had to set in the lobby as other people where checked in and received there room cards (double beds). After dropping off our bags we had to head right out because we were late to get to our event. When we came back at 11:30p we noticed that our mini fridge was broken and had a horrible smell. I also noticed that there was used q-tips around the room including on in the peephole. Not offer to make anything right despite the inconvenience.
