Disliked: Our house caught on fire and we rented a room to settle for the moment at this place called Sonesta Select Summerlin. Renting a room was a breeze and the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to get us in. On the other hand on our way out, the lady at the front desk named Mona degraded and humiliated my wife, telling her that the room was left filthy and had some dog stains. First off, they acknowledged that we have pets and our pets have never been out of the house before, and especially living in a place where they feel anxious and congested. Despite our house caught on fire and all the mixed emotions we had that day, my wife remained respectful and kind towards Mona and told her what had happened prior to renting the suite. Mona apparently apologized after the fact. As she is the manager of that said property, I wish that she should've been more careful of her demeaning words and humiliating wisdoms towards my wife as she is also suffering from anxiety and depression from the said incident. We lost everything from our house getting caught on fire and last thing we wanted to hear is being talked down, degraded and humiliated. The property charged us for that cleaning and extra stuffs anyway but adding those nasty words of hers is not something we going to let go. We left with no detailed receipt as why our charges are higher than what we expected but despite that we paid it and never questioned Mona.

Liked: Something is wrong with their water . It comes out grey. I could not take a shower in that . No way . The toilets were stopped up. The carpets were nasty
Disliked: The smell, the water, the floor the area the signs that say your things may be stolen hide them hide them. It was a big no for me. The bed was hard but i slept ok but i was disappointed
