Staff were very friendly. Had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. Definitely looking into purchasing their pillows!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; very clean hotel and very clean rooms.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient location to the < a href="/venue-hotels/verizon-wireless-amphitheater-irvine-meadows-hotels/310159">Verizon Wireless amphitheatre. The taxi service to and from the venue was not a problem. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Overall, the lack of transparency...

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: We did not have a good experience during our stay. The pool was not functional, and we were informed at the reception that we couldn’t use it. Instead, they offered the option to use a pool at another branch located 19 minutes away, which was highly inconvenient. This information should have been communicated to us in advance, as the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.Additionally, we were charged for parking even though it was on-site. This was unexpected and not clearly mentioned during the booking process.Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication negatively impacted our stay.

Not worth the money

Liked: The pool was clean
Disliked: The lobby smelled good when going up stars it smell dirty and room service is not provided my five-year-old daughter spilled some chips on the floor. I went to the lobby and asked if the room to get vacuum and they said I would have to do it by myself the rooms get clean once a week.

Good for the price

Disliked: We had the free breakfast tickets, but we're not able to use them. The first morning, we waited for someone but no one was manning the desk. The second morning we waited but no one acknowledged us so we left.

Liked: Love the coffee shop at the lobby
Disliked: I would of liked being aware of the extra $10 of car fee for parking during my booking . It wasn’t included on my initial charge through online

Not good

Liked: They charge for parking. The hallways carpet was old and sprayed with horrible odors that gave us headaches.
Disliked: The strong odor in corridors and having to pay for parking

Just okay but would not...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable but carpeting was questionable throughout entire hotel. The staff was great and accommodating to anything we asked for.
Disliked: Cleanliness on outside of hotel (overflowing trash bins) and scattered trash in parking area, dirty sidewalk areas. Does not seem to be very well maintained. Inside hotel common areas seemed fine except for flooring and especially the carpeting. Lots of stains and didn't appear clean at all. I think a really good carpet cleaning or actually replacement is warranted.

Great location, spacious room, clean...

Liked: Great, but the breakfast very limited!
Disliked: The breakfast was very limited, they should have more options and more staff working on that! Shower needs more pressure!

Liked: clean room and clean bathroom, clean elevator, clean command area. Near all restaurants and having food delivered was a bonus
Disliked: small pool and back area. no real walking area, if you wanted to go for a walk

Disliked: More breakfast options. Asked for more blankets since they didn't put some in for the sofa bed. Took 2 hours to get them.
