Sonesta Select Laguna Hills Irvine Spectrum

Staff were very friendly. Had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. Definitely looking into purchasing their pillows!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; very clean hotel and very clean rooms.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient location to the < a href="/venue-hotels/verizon-wireless-amphitheater-irvine-meadows-hotels/310159">Verizon Wireless amphitheatre. The taxi service to and from the venue was not a problem. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed at other Sonesta...

Liked: Location was good. Close to entertainment, restaurants, and local attractions. Easy access to freeways.
Disliked: Parking, shared spaces, and room were DIRTY. Two used condoms were on the pool deck. I discreetly let staff know and 6 hours later they were still there. No towels by the pool. Stains on sheets and towels. Carpets and bathroom were dirty. A/c was very loud. Lots of weirdos hanging around the property. One staff was responsible for serving breakfast and running the front desk simultaneously. Took 40 minutes to grab a premade meal and coffee.

Liked: I couldn’t tell you one thing I liked to be honest
Disliked: The hallway smelled like someone had peed, there was only one functioning elevator and it took a long time to go up and down constantly having to wait. I booked a room with two beds and when we got to the property they gave us a room with one bed.

Liked: The room was fine. The furniture was fine.
Disliked: The A/C unit was loud. The lighting was too dim. I couldn't put on my make up.

A solid 8.5/10 stay at...

Liked: I appreciated the accommodation of a larger shower for my height complication, as well as the temperature control in the rooms.Both were quite nice to have available.The snacks available in the lobby also made for a nice treat whenever needed.
Disliked: The only dislike I had was an odd smell in the hallway our room was in.The carpet may have needed a cleaning, if not a room nearby.

Disliked: Didnt like nothing at all hated everything !!! Very disappointed it smelt like dogs just pee all over the carpet !!! There were roaches and ants in my room , the sink was clogged overall not worth the stay at all
