Staff were very friendly. Had one of the best night's sleep in a long time. Definitely looking into purchasing their pillows!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient location to the < a href="/venue-hotels/verizon-wireless-amphitheater-irvine-meadows-hotels/310159">Verizon Wireless amphitheatre. The taxi service to and from the venue was not a problem. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Liked: clean room and clean bathroom, clean elevator, clean command area. Near all restaurants and having food delivered was a bonus
Disliked: small pool and back area. no real walking area, if you wanted to go for a walk

Liked: Decent hotel. Location is great but the rooms are not really clean. The carpet smells horrible like urine.
Disliked: Rooms had bad smell. Carpet was dirty and smelled like urine.

Liked: During our stay, they said that the room would not be cleaned! Because the room would only be cleaned for 10 more days and the towels and sheets would be changed! The staff's behavior was very indifferent, the sound of the highway could be heard in the room, and they said they wouldn't charge for parking because they gave me a dirty room, but they charged me!

Liked: I can’t name one thing I liked about this property.
Disliked: They charged my card different amounts without notifying me or getting approval to do so. The manager and front staff are very rude. The hotel is very dirty and has a bad smell.
