Very clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient location to the < a href="/venue-hotels/verizon-wireless-amphitheater-irvine-meadows-hotels/310159">Verizon Wireless amphitheatre. The taxi service to and from the venue was not a problem. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Disliked: Lighting in the bathrooms could be brighter fixtures in the bathroom need updating carpets in the hallways need cleaning

Liked: Super gracious manager, who let me check in early and waived the early check-in fee as I was having surgery, although I’ll be at minor in Mission Viejo. It really helped me out to be able to check in early and be ready to go. She simply offered. I didn’t even have to ask, so appreciated you have definitely gained my business. I didn’t know you guys were in Laguna so glad I found you.

will never come back even...

Liked: i was charged twice because my reservation was denied first time and i had to make another reservation with another credit card. But in the end they both went through; so there were 2 reservationswhen I showed up they charge me once without mentioning anything. And behind my back they charged me a second time for"no show" which was not true.I called them but they have such a bad faith that i don't want to lose more of my precious time with SONESTA.
