Great stay for right before...

Liked: Clean facilities, nice bed and amazing staff.
Disliked: The hot tub was not hot, barely warm very disappointing.

Terrible experience, would not recommend

Liked: The lobby area looked nice.
Disliked: The pool claims to be heated, it’s ice cold. The “hot tub” is more luke warm, not hot at all. The gym has two treadmills, an elliptical and a ripped up bench, which all of that was soaked because the door doesn’t lock and there were kids going in the gym from the pool area getting everything wet. There’s construction all through the building. The floors had stains everywhere. I booked a room with a king and a pull out bed, when I got there at 4 as scheduled, the lady was rude and told me the rooms weren’t ready, only rooms with just kings. Seeing I had two adults and two children, I told her I absolutely need the pull out bed so I would wait for the room. She types on the computer for a long time and says “I got you.” And hands me the keys. When I get to the room, no pull out bed, more of my precious vacation time wasted. So I had to speak to the manager to get the right room that I originally booked!! They did not have breakfast as advertised, also booking.com LIES about all taxes and fees being upfront because my price ended up being $75 more than what it was online. Over all this was a terrible experience and I would never stay here again.

Hot tub wasn’t working and...

Liked: The guest service was nice and we were welcomed respectfully when we got there.
Disliked: Everything looked a lot better in the photos. The whirlpool wasn’t working and the maintenance upkeep was very poor.

Was a good family experience....

Liked: Spacious suite and room that was connecting so more family time together. Liked the pool set up and convenience of location
Disliked: No warm breakfast provided on site

Liked: Pool hours and friendly staff
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Clean and comfy

Liked: It was clean and quiet. Loved having a balcony. Loved it was near a restaurant that I could just walk to.
Disliked: No breakfast.
