Liked: Close location to many attractions in Kansas City, MO.
Disliked: Pillows flat, pool was closed during our stay. Breakfast was served in a bag, cold, no fruit options, and has to pay extra to check in at 1:30 pm.

Liked: Staff was friendly.rooms were clean location was good.
Disliked: My son left his wallet, I called the hotel to inform and was told it had been found and was guided to complete a form for lost and found. When I did not receive a response, I called the hotel to ask again about the wallet and was told a manager would contact me. I am still waiting on that call three weeks later. At this point, I believe a staff member has it, and they refuse to call me.

For the price, I would...

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room. Pool/hot tub was decent for the 30 or so minutes we were able to use. Convenient location to get to the airport and nice shuttle driver.
Disliked: Breakfast was technically included in the price, but it was just a microwaved breakfast burrito, a mass-produced fruit salad and a small water bottle - they were even out of milk. Nothing at check in was explained very well and I had to ask 2-3 times for clear and accurate information.
