Bad

Liked: The lobby was nice and clean. The room was decent except for the stains on the curtains.
Disliked: The receptionist was really rude. I made my reservation a month in advance for a king room and was given a double. I just married and wanted a king. The receptionist said she had already given my room away, which is crazy seeing that check-in was at 4 p.m., and we arrived at 5:26pm. She only gave me 1 key because she said she was low on keys. No matter what I asked for or wanted, her response was always nasty and rude. The refrigerator didn't work. The patio area was dirty. Cushions were all over the place, and the fire pit wasn't working either.

Liked: Family close to aviation museum they're closed on monday.the ark museum is great it's bout hour from hotel
Disliked: Little pricey for the hotel nothing fancy .didn't have USB outlets .

Nothing special about the hotel....

Liked: It was clean and a good location
Disliked: We were not able to use the pool and never once in the phone calls or while booking where we told the pool would be unavailable. The original room they put us in the air conditioning did not work! They did move us to another room the next day after complaining. The first person when we checked in was very nice, after shift change not so much.

Wont be back!

Liked: Great location, spacious!
Disliked: The AC didn’t work in the bedroom but the staff (gentleman) was very accommodating in offering us another room. The older night shift woman was always very nice, but the other one with dark hair was just as rude as last year when we complained about her. Yelling and chasing down our kids, verbally assaulting other hotel guests telling them to “parent their children” when the kids were sitting right there with their parents merely talking. This was all video recorded. When asking for fresh towels at the desk, they were rude about it and threw the towels at us. The milk at breakfast was expired and we were told that’s all there was. The hot tub is still out of order from last year!
