Very good

Liked: Easy checkin and out. The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like being in the first floor with a patio door. Also the motile doors to enter. Some were propped open making me feel unsafe

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: I asked for a handicap room with the roll in shower but I didn’t get it! Has a handicap person it would have be great to take a shower.

Very good

Liked: This is our favorite hotel to stay at when our kids play at grand park. Love the direct route to the back side of the soccer fields. Easy to get to. Great courtyard for hanging out with teammates.

Overall it was great little...

Liked: Great parking - right up front. Had a 1st floor to take my Dog out to potty. Easy to access the City, and Broodripple. Easy to get to 465. Overall the place was quiet at night, and was clean. The staff was tolerant of me and my story telling personality. Although I did pick up that that the front staff was not MAP smart. I asked them how to get somewhere, and they said they were not from Indy.
Disliked: I think a free breakfast would be fair, it not rocket science to set up a little eatery. Also no hand help shower head. I have girl parts, get it ? Don't stay in 103, they have a door to the other room next door, and you can hear everything. I can hear them talking, peeing, and the dog was crying for several hours I just turned up the TV or turned up the fan to block the noise.

Liked: Good bed, clean
Disliked: Price too high, no tv menu, ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, only one regular coffee package- 3 decaf. Front desk staff not knowledgeable about the area- said only works there , didn’t live in the area. Staff not friendly.

Comfortable but not worth the...

Liked: The kid friendly atmosphere.
Disliked: The fact that there was no free breakfast. That was very disappointing

Disliked: No extra towels, no microwave, volume on the television didn’t work and the bed was uncomfortable

Pleasant

Liked: The staff that was there in the morning was incredibly friendly. It was close to where we needed to be so that was nice.
Disliked: Things haven't been deep cleaned in a long time. Our vent in the bathroom was caked with dust. The corners of the pool area were filthy. There was trash floating in the pool and hot tub. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, although I booked for 3 people. The front desk attendant at night couldn't be bothered, was not friendly, and double ran my card for the hotel room. He said someone in the morning would fix it.
