Disliked: There was no breakfast I had to leave the hotel just to eat. Then I had to pay 100 deposit even though it was returned. No trash bags in the cans. Someone was smoking

Terrible.

Disliked: The room was not at all like the photos. The walk in shower was actually a filthy bathtub that had brown stains like someone had thrown up in it. The shower curtain was moldy and the whole hotel had a horrible smell. When we arrived the thermostat in the room was set to 87 even tho it was a 90 degree day. The room had a damp moldy smell which became overwhelming. I didn’t even stay at the hotel an hour. Went downstairs to checkout and no one was at the desk. Ended up just leaving and contacting management via booking but never received a response. Booking contacted the property several times and they did not respond. Booking cannot refund me until the hotel agrees to it and the hotel won’t respond. Management is always “busy” or “not available.” I’ve yet to receive a refund from the property and Booking isn’t being much help either. Filthy property. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: Price. The water pressure was good.
Disliked: Cigarette butt on the floor of the room. TV didn’t work. Thankfully, I had other things to do in town. Location has deteriorated. I’ve stayed there previously without any concern, but there is a fair amount of panhandlers right there. They did not offer to change linens or attempt to clean the room. Not even a water fountain. I’m pretty sure some people use it long-term because of the price. Oh, and there was an unattended child on the balcony of one of the rooms. I know that’s not the hotel‘s fault, but it does speak to some of the clientele.

Disliked: The staff wasn't very pleasant The first room there was no hot water so we had to move.The second room had old, used bars of soap in the shower even after asking housekeeping to remove they still left them there.The additional chair in the new room was broken The hallways and elevator smellWe booked for 3 people however there were no extra supplies for a 3rd person. We had to go downstairs and request them. No extra towels or wash cloths are in the room. Usually hotels have extra..nope each person hand one item.The pillows on beds are small and there are only two. Broken, non working bedside phones, we couldn't call downstairs. They just remove or replace the phones. Overall it wasn't a great experience
