Pleasant

Liked: The location was great, the room was quiet and the air-conditioning worked well. Plenty of parking. Some of the staff were really friendly the beds were really comfy, shame about the lack of pillows
Disliked: The free breakfast was a choice of a few options that wasn't that good. Also no breakfast at weekends which we wasn't told about when we booked. We ended up eating out every morning. 3 pillows per bed! 1 of which looked like it was growing mould, when we asked for more, we were told they didn't have any spares. A hotel with no spare pillows seems a bit of a stretch. The pool was cold and the Gym consisted of 3 bits of equipment that sounded like they were going to fall to bits when used. Our toillet blocked and the only help they could give was to hand me the plunger so i could sort it.

We won’t stay there again,...

Liked: The rooms were nice, very friendly staff, and the pool.
Disliked: When we got there we were told there was no breakfast, for 150.00 per night we should at least get a bagel. The web site did not explain that. And with a family of 5, we look for places with breakfast included.

I won't stay there again

Liked: They gave us a different room when I told them that the bathtub drain is clugged.
Disliked: The older woman at the front desk was very rude when my mum went to rinse a cup in the open kitchen right in front of the front desk. There was no need for shouting and being rude. Also the drain in the bathtub was clugged and water won't go down.
