Liked: The beds were comfortable!
Disliked: The staff weren't friendly. The facility wasn't clean. They left stuff on the floor in the hallway for two days. I had to fight for towels (not literally fight).. I had to stand in the lobby for an hour waiting on the staff to return so I can get towels. The day before I tried going to get towels and they said they were out of towels and I had to wait until the next morning! Staff wasn't available when needed. It was other things going on as well. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Hopefully things will change because I've stayed there before and it wasn't like that; it was better.
