The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely use this company again.

Disliked: They couldn't print out breakfast vouchers for us, didn't bother on other choices. Asked for clean towels, only got ONE, because none else were clean (on a Sunday night at 9pm), and when I checked out, there was a note on the counter, that another guest wanted a refund because of bed bugs!!!

Disliked: Rooms are set up a little bit weird, and they are little bit out dated. Small tv that looked like it was from the early 2000’s. The toilet set way too low. Some stains on the carpet and drapes.

Liked: We arrived and were told they had no clean rooms. At 10 pm. So, we had to find another hotel in the area, which took multiple tries. I can’t believe they didn’t have a room for us and never called to let us know or helped to provide alternate options.
Disliked: All of it. See above.

Nice hotel for the price.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. I loved have balcony and the pool was just as nice.
Disliked: They need a better setup for breakfast and I found someone used bandaid in the shower so need better cleaning checks.
