Sonesta Select Dallas Richardson

Was there only one night while attending a concert at Eiseman Center. Bed was excellent, Shower was good. Room altogether adequate for my limited use. No free wifi, which I think all hotels should have.

Liked: Good bed; close to Eiseman
Disliked: No wi fi

Liked: Very clean , smells very welcoming. Room was very spacious..10/10
Disliked: The only thing was that there was no place to store your clothes in.No dresser , no shelves , no storage compartment..Had to leave our clothes out folded and inside the luggage ..

Liked: I like everything in the room. The TV was phenomenal. The patio was great access
Disliked: I didn't like my phone didn't work in the room the 3 days while I was there. Other than that

Liked: I love the location and how clean it was. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were ok.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to take dirty towels all the way downstairs to get new ones.
