Safe, convenient, value hotel

Liked: It could use some renovations and it could be a 4 star hotel vs a 3 star. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we had the towels and such that we needed. The location is good and we felt safe.
Disliked: Could use some cosmetic repairs

Great stay for a good...

Liked: The hotel and the room were really nice and clean. The room was a very nice size and included a loveseat, and a desk. There was a small and narrow balcony but enough room to step out and get a breath of fresh air. The bathroom was really nice and larger than average size. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. I like that the shower provided dispensers of soap, shampoo & conditioner vs tiny sample bottles. Check out time is 11:00 am which gives you a little more time to sleep in or get ready for the day. Parking was lit and sufficient. The hotel was quiet. It's located on the service road near a major Dallas freeway with access to stores, gas stations & restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and check in was quick. Overall, it was an affordable great overnight stay. Better rates if you book the room online thru Booking.com
Disliked: I would've preferred a microwave in the room and USB plugs.
