Thoughtfully we only needed to...

Liked: Location was close to family we were visiting and food options within walking distance was great
Disliked: Beds were very hard and bathrooms were not very clean

Disliked: The carpet in the room and the coffee machine weren't clean.I don't know why when I arrived, they asked for $100 deposit! That was kind of unprofessional, and still I haven't received my deposit back.

Was fine, but not worth...

Liked: The coach in the room was comfortable. Lobby was nice.
Disliked: They said we would get free breakfast and that wasn’t true. Several other people were in lobby looking for the free breakfast they were promised. Also, $15 parking was added. It’s got a huge parking lot, not sure why they are charging. Long, gloomy hallways and very far walk from elevator. Rooms were okay.

Outdated, expensive, moldy.

Liked: The lobby was nice. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The room didn't have trash can liners. Room didn't have hand soap. The bathroom has lots of mold. Mold on walls, even on the bathroom pictures. Ruined the whole experience but also opened my eyes to never recommend or return to Sonesta.
