Was fine, but not worth...

Liked: The coach in the room was comfortable. Lobby was nice.
Disliked: They said we would get free breakfast and that wasn’t true. Several other people were in lobby looking for the free breakfast they were promised. Also, $15 parking was added. It’s got a huge parking lot, not sure why they are charging. Long, gloomy hallways and very far walk from elevator. Rooms were okay.

Outdated, expensive, moldy.

Liked: The lobby was nice. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The room didn't have trash can liners. Room didn't have hand soap. The bathroom has lots of mold. Mold on walls, even on the bathroom pictures. Ruined the whole experience but also opened my eyes to never recommend or return to Sonesta.

Awesome accomodations in Ventura county

Liked: The location was convenient as it was located just off the freeway. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The entire staff was top notch. This is our new home away from home in Ventura county.
Disliked: No complaints.

Very comfortable , great location

Liked: I like that there a variety of places to go to around the area .
Disliked: I made a deposit at the property and for some reason was attempting to charge me for $91.00 . When I’d check out the clerk didn’t mention anything for the charge they attempt .
