The front desk help is...

Disliked: The fire alarms went off in multiple room simultaneously. The staff then directed us to remove the smoke detectors

Disappointing

Liked: location was nice
Disliked: There was a dirty used condom under our mattress. Who knows if they even changed the sheets our bed because how can you miss a dirty condom ???

Very poor

Liked: Disgusting. A cup of coffee and muffin served by a grumpy young man. Beds at 4 foot high was extremely difficult to get in and out. Bed linen needs to be thrown out. No effort to clean room. Staff spends all their time loudly talking and laughing and no work
Disliked: Needs a complete overhaul. Painting and decorating. Training of staff to be more respectful. I will NEVER stay at another Sonester hotel.

Liked: The area was very quiet the rooms was very nice and clean the front desk was very professional my son leave in boca raton I will definitely come back to visit you guys thank you very much for the service and God bless.
