Disappointing

Liked: location was nice
Disliked: There was a dirty used condom under our mattress. Who knows if they even changed the sheets our bed because how can you miss a dirty condom ???

Liked: Disgusting. A cup of coffee and muffin served by a grumpy young man. Beds at 4 foot high was extremely difficult to get in and out. Bed linen needs to be thrown out. No effort to clean room. Staff spends all their time loudly talking and laughing and no work
Disliked: Needs a complete overhaul. Painting and decorating. Training of staff to be more respectful. I will NEVER stay at another Sonester hotel.

Liked: I did not have breakfast. My reason for this visit, aside from family, was a doctor's appointment. On the first morning, I was still fasting for blood work, and on the second morning, I had leftovers from my family for breakfast. :) **It did smell very good though!! **The POOL and the Hot Tub were exceptionally great. Thank You
Disliked: Not much of anything. Everything was good. **What was a miss would be the Housekeeping. I had set out a $10 tip for housekeeping to make the bed, replace the towels, and remove the trash from the room. When I returned in the evening, the room was not serviced. That was a miss. But I was only staying two nights. I would hope Housekeeping would be available for a quick checkup.
