Horrible

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: No rooms or parking available upon arrival. Then they put us in a room with carpet blowers because the floor was soaked. The room was supposed to be out of service according to maintenance but they were over booked so it was the only option. No manager was on duty

Horrible and don’t think

Liked: It was easy to book the room but there was nothing else I liked about my stay.
Disliked: When I came to the facility to check in, the front office person was eating and seemed annoyed I was cutting into her eating time. She checked me in with a horrible attitude and basically just threw the cards at me. I went up to the room and it had such a bad odor. I came back to the front desk and the attendant was then on her phone. Again with an attitude, she walked over and asked what the problem was. She switched my room but when I went to the new room it was not a single king bed like I originally booked. I then had to go back downstairs to yet again the attendant seeming upset. She gave me a new room but after all of the run around, instead of apologizing for any inconvenience she handed me the room key and went back to sit down around the backside of the actual check in area.
