It was alright

Liked: This was our second time staying here, we love this hotel and it’s location.
Disliked: Like I said before this was our second time staying here our first time we had no issues but this time was different. There was a leak in our bathroom which ended up filling the light fixture and it fell down on my son’s head. It got so heavy with all the water and it soaked my son. It continued to leak the rest of the night. It seemed like they were having an issues because when I checked in the staff was on the phone with another guest and they were complaining about a leak as well.

It was too good, stay,...

Liked: Services, rooms, everything was too good. Staff was really helpful. The online booking site messed up with no of people and rooms. But the hotel staff was very understanding and they gave us one extra free room.Special shout out to Mr. Noman, for serving breakfast with a positive energy and hospitality. Although breakfast had limited options but it was filing and honestly more than enough
Disliked: You can include more choices in breakfast.

Passable

Liked: Room stayed cool.
Disliked: Bed too high, darkening shades sticking, tv had minimal channels. Did not appreciate lack of housekeeping given prices obviously not lowered to reflect the money the company should be saving by decreasing employees.
